That's a cool deer we saw in the Upper Penninsula last month. The kids had never been there.
Hi, I'm now 13 weeks pregnant, due March 22nd. My midwife had us all worried for a few days there. She was testing me for pre-eclampsia (protein in the urine). I have all the signs, swelling in the legs and feet, headaches here and there, high blood pressure (this month it was 152/82, last month it was 147/74). But she just called and I do not have pre-eclampsia, just gestational hypertension (high blood pressure while I'm pregnant). Next month I see a specialist. Elyse says I have to meet all the OB's there, mom thinks it's because I'm high risk. Speaking of mom, she's doing very well, except for the broken toe she keeps ramming into furniture. (Yep, still clumsy). She got a big fat bill today for her new boobs-like $30 grand worth of boobs!! And she doesn't even have the nipples yet. The kids are back in school now, and selling a bunch of way too expensive crap already. Don and Selem went to Cabela's today, in preperation for the Colorado trip in 4 1/2 weeks. Selem gets to go this year. It sounds like boot camp for Coast Guard won't start til after the first of the year. I guess that's about it for now. See you next time.....

I hear ya on the selling overpriced crap, we get that too. $10 wrapping paper and what not. They also make us go around town asking businesses to donate for auction. I joke that we are panhandling for schools. heehee.
