We took Christmas pictures on Kadee's 2nd birthday. We have to plan that carefully if we want Selem Dan in them, cuz he's not around much, While we're awake anyway. Kadee hadn't had a nap so she wasn't in any sort of mood to smile. Uncle Seth (in Japan) and Aunt Lorie (in California) both called to wish her a happy birthday-how sweet! We all had blue lips by the time we were done eating Nemo and Dory cake. Kadee got a couple of new babies (from Mel and mama and daddy), some Sesame Street puppets, her yearly Shutterfly keepsake book from Nana, a gold ring from Grandpa and Grandma, a Sunshine Carebear that smells like lemon from Uncle Chad and family (she sure likes him all of a sudden-Uncle Chad that is), a doll crib with a musical mobile from us, and a Elmo purse from Selem Dan and Alysha. She had fun. Evan and I have the flu (since Saturday) and Nana and Kadee are coughing today-oh oh...
