Hello, I haven't been on because I've been sick. Besides being miserable from being so pregnant, now I think I have strept throat. It's pretty white polka dotted. This all started with flu like symptoms, everything hurt. Coughing kills me. The first few days it was my chest that hurt when I coughed, now it's my throat. But it's loosening up at least. Kaden was sick first. She's stilll not back to 100%. We went to Grandpa Taylor's birthday party last Sunday, and Grandma wasn't feeling well-she knew something was coming on. Then she missed work on Monday and Tuesday and came home early on Friday. I think maybe Kadee got whatever Grandma has. Kadee had a fever off and on all week, so Friday I took her to our dr. while I was in Muskegon for an ultrasound, and she has an ear infection. She's still coughing and isn't sleeping well, but is feeling better. Don's been playing outside and in the garage all weekend, so hopefully he wont get it. Mel came up for the weekend but her dad is sick too, so she figured she get it either way. My fabulous mom volunteered to take Mel home today, so I didn't have to go out. I love my mom so much. She's been taking care of us all week. Lately, I've been praying to go into labor, but now I want to wait until I'm done being sick, because they probably wont do my surgery afterwards if I'm sick. Oh-the ultrasound. A month ago I had one too, and the baby weighed 5 lbs, 15 oz. This month, she gained almost 3 lbs. She now weighs 8 lbs, 13 oz!! And I've still got 3 more weeks before they say I'm due!! I suspect while the midwife and the specialist are debating whether to take the baby a little early, I'll go full term, or with my history, 2 weeks over my due date and the baby will weigh a good12 lbs. But, I guess I'd rather be sick like this and miserable then have a fractured rib like I did in the last few weeks and first few weeks after Kaden's birth. The dr's think that Kaden's kicking did that!! Tough, big ol' babies I have.
Selem Dan was 9lbs, 7oz, Evan was 9lbs, 9oz, Kadee was 9lbs, 11oz, and Mel was the smallest at 7lbs, 14oz., so nothing will surprise me this time. I'll keep you updated.
