The surgery my mom is having in June is TRAM flap breast reconstruction. (not trans flap) TRAM is trans-rectus abdominis muscle and the surrounding tissues. Just look up TRAM flap on your search. Breastcancer.org comes up when I type it in. It's pretty interesting.
